We handle the details and logistics, allowing our clients to focus on the big picture and to enjoy the process of designing their home. • Scale furniture layouts approved before furniture is selected. • Furniture options presented with all pricing details up front, allowing clients to make informed, pragmatic decisions. • Detailed budget spreadsheets and project timelines. • Shared Dropbox folders with up-to-the-minute details on each project. We couldn't wait to share a sneak peek of our latest project with Andrew Mann Architecture and Peninsula Custom Homes! More coming soon... Recent Client Testimonial "I had a whole house to design: remodeling and furnishing over 3,000 square feet. Considering all the great work Jennifer and her small team did, and how smoothly they did it, it seemed like I'd hired a much larger company. The Niche team is either amazingly efficient or they've somehow adapted to surviving on two hours sleep a night. Each room feels comfortable and organic but is also perfectly in sync with an elegant Mid-century modern aesthetic. Jennifer and her team are both extremely talented and diligent, and I'm forever grateful to them." – Dan R., Orinda Follow us on Instagram for up-to-the-minute updates and inspiration!
