Swanky Spaces for the Whole Family!

Niche Interiors created a vibrant, modern home with spaces for the whole family to entertain friends in style.

When our clients purchased the condo down the hall from their main residence, they imagined a modern space for hosting elegant cocktail parties and for their kids to hang with friends. The Niche team thoughtfully remodeled and furnished the home to create both adult spaces and family spaces tied together with vibrant pops of color and modern art. We hope you enjoy a peek inside this colorful home! The Niche team is wishing you all a wonderful holiday season and hope that you are able to safely share your spaces with family during these uncertain times.  We transformed the formal living room niches into a bar with custom mirrors and cabinets perfect for storing bottles and glassware. Our playful color story continues in these niches with custom geometric mirrors in blue, grey, and copper tones. The kids "hangout room" is right off of the living room – perfectly situated for easy parental check-ins!  A custom modular sofa can be separated to provide flexible seating arrangements for board games, watching movies or to make way for dance parties!  Another modern hangout downstairs offers a more private space for the kids and their friends to jam out to their favorite music. Custom built-ins span the back wall, providing ample storage space for board games, music equipment and a record collection.  CLIENT TESTIMONIAL   "I loved working with Jennifer, Lynn and the entire Niche team. Goes without saying that they are highly talented, top-notch designers. Our place has been transformed! In addition to their design expertise, they excel at project management and execution. They made the entire process super easy, transparent and efficient. I had complete trust in them to stay on top of all the details and keep me updated throughout the project. Great listeners, professional, always responsive and fun to work with. Couldn't be happier!" • • •  FOLLOW NICHE ON INSTAGRAM  • • •  Forward to a friend who would love our newsletter!
