Modern Meets Cozy in Menlo Park

RECENTLY COMPLETED: MODERN FAMILY HOME MENLO PARK The Niche team is excited to share photos of this spacious, modern home! We designed a contemporary space for a young family with durability and flexibility in mind. Custom furniture played a crucial role, providing the clients with one-of-a-kind pieces that solved for both function and form. The modular sectional in the family room was designed to be configured for entertaining larger groups, weekend naps or fort-making. The formal dining room features a bespoke dining table with subtle curves, paired with sleek upholstered chairs and a brass and porcelain mobile chandelier. A split round mirror has a built-in LED light and becomes a focal point during dinner parties. An oversized island provides plenty of work space and room for seating in the expansive kitchen. The dining table has additional finish layers applied to stand up to meals with young children while leather chairs and barstools make for easy clean up. Tour the rest of this home here. WINE COUNTRY INDUSTRY PARTY!   The Niche team recently hosted industry partners at Jennifer's vacation home to relax with their families and connect outside of the job site. We are so grateful for the amazing architecture and design community in the Bay Area. It takes a robust team of creative people to successfully execute high-end projects and we are proud to collaborate with the best! Guests included  Billy Lee - Cello & Maudru Construction,  Brett Moyer - Richard Beard Architects,  Robin Merwin - Da Vinci Marble and Katie Carr - Changing Places.  We are excited to share the first in a series of videos that give an inside look at our streamlined design process and provide each of our team members the opportunity to speak about their valuable roles. First up is Principal Designer, Jennifer Jones, who developed our process for busy professionals who value efficiency, transparency, and a full-service approach.  Forward to a friend who would love our newsletter!
